Abbey Cwmhir Heritage Trust is leading an excavation at Cwmffwrn Farm in the Home Grange of Abbey Cwmhir, Radnorshire. The excavation will be supervised by professional archaeologists, (Jenny Hall and Paul Sambrook), and attendees will learn about the process of excavation, identifying finds and surveying techniques.
Each day will be stand alone so attendees can book for one or both days. On each day attendees will be able to experience the full variety of activities.
Attendees will receive a detailed information pack prior to the event.
Please note that young people (under 18’s) and vulnerable adults will need to be accompanied.
