This is an exclusive opportunity to join Dr Toby Driver and Louise Barker, both senior archaeologists at the Royal Commission, Wales, on a guided archaeology tour of Skomer Island. Louise and Toby have led several excavations on the island over the past decade. We will take a 2.5 hour walk taking in the best preserved prehistoric roundhouses on the island and will visit Bronze Age burial cairns and standing stones. Please book the 10.30am boat. Landing tickets are non-refundable, even if the guided walk is cancelled. Refunds are only given if the boat is cancelled due to bad weather. Guided walk tickets are also non-refundable, unless the walk is cancelled by us.

On this full day walk you’ll get an opportunity to pass through the rarely visited, normally restricted internal areas of the Range, take in it’s beautiful scenery, discover current military uses, history from the Iron Age and how it has been affected by the development of Agriculture
Explore this unique place with our knowledgeable guides on a full day tour, around 7 miles. Please note there are no toilets on the Range. Over 18’s only. No dogs allowed.
